Rob, a self made man started off working for his parents construction company at a very young age. Working his way up the ladder, he secured a spot controlling all the equipment that came in and out of the company. After deciding he was ready to go out on his own, he opened his own used equipment sales company which he grew from the ground up. Over the nine years in business and hundreds of deals closed, he realized he had mastered the skill of negotiation. When the opportunity arose to broaden his horizons and use his networking and communication skills, he jumped on board with real estate doing what he does best, negotiate.
