Kathleen “Kathy” Gallagher is a broker/sales representative working in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, and has been with Diane Turton, Realtors for more than twenty years!

“If you’re looking for an agent who’s quick, savvy, motivated and young, then you’ve come to the wrong person.”
“If you’re looking for an agent who’s quick, savvy, motivated with plenty of experience, then I’m your ‘guy’,” quips Gallagher. “I’ve seen it all.”

Kathy brings to each transaction a family history of large land acquisitions in the central part of the state.
For Diane Turton, Realtors in Monmouth and Ocean counties, she has listed and sold tracts of land for major and minor subdivisions; listed and sold commercial properties; listed and sold residential properties; as well as negotiating numerous residential and commercial leases.

More recently, Kathleen has concentrated her interests in condo sales. Kathleen believes that agents must evolve with the times, and over time, condominium sales have taken a dominant share in the real estate market.

Kathy’s educational background includes undergraduate and graduate degrees; a broker’s license and continual educational classes. She has served many years on her Real Estate Board’s Professional Standards Committee, helping to maintain ethics in the profession.

“Real Estate is my life! I get the same emotional charge out of selling a sports celebrity’s condo on the golf course, or a child movie star’s bungalow on the Ocean, as I do watching a couple buy their first home together!

I breathe, eat and sleep real estate.

Selling, buying, or just on the fence, Kathy can help you with your real estate questions.
