My family moved from upstate NY to Wall NJ back in 1998 and I must say it was one of the best decisions we ever made. I grew up close to the beach and immediately started to have a passion for jersey shore real estate. I loved the people the area and always enjoyed that summer time buzz at the beach; it was like living on a permanent vacation.
I graduated Wall High School and later on received my degree in Finance from Kean University in 2010. Ever since graduating I developed a love for the sales industry. I have an extensive background in various types of real estate & technology sales; currently I have and extensive reach of customers locally as well as all throughout different parts the country. Utilizing my finance degree in sales has enabled me to work in the client’s best financial interest not just my own. I realize closing the sale or purchase is vital to the process but I also want to make sure my clients are profitable on the transaction.
Whenever somebody considers buying or selling a home it’s typically one of the biggest decisions they will make in their life. Regardless if this is their tenth home purchase or you are a first time buyer I treat each purchase or sale as if it were my own. I truly love working with people and enjoy establishing long lasting relationships with all of my clients. Seeing the smiles on people’s faces and making sure both sides are happy tend to make my clients feel more like close friends rather than just customers.
Real Estate can be complex and I am here to make the process as seamless as possible. Recently I decided to purchase my first home in Tinton Falls which I knew would be no easy task. I made sure I learned the process inside and out knowing that I could utilize that experience to benefit all my future & current clients. From house hunting, mortgage processes, legal procedures , inspections, appraisals right down to the deal negotiation I made sure I learned it all.
