Jacquelyn Suarez Sales Associate

With a mother in real estate enforcement and a father in construction, Jacquelyn was exposed to various aspects of the real estate industry from an early age. Growing up in Monmouth County, Jacquelyn spent a great deal of her time on horse farms and nurseries. Upon graduating from high school, Jacquelyn went to American University in Washington, DC and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government. After returning to Monmouth County, Jacquelyn helped run the Monmouth County Foreclosure Mediation Program. In this role, Jacquelyn learned another element of real estate and solidified her desire to attend law school. She decided to attend Rutgers School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor.

While at Rutgers, Jacquelyn took advantage of every opportunity afforded her. She summered in Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Transactional Practice Group, externed for Federal Magistrate Judge Karen Williams, clerked for Archer & Greiner, and interned in Counsel’s Office to the Governor. One of her favorite experiences was representing Rutgers University in Vienna, Austria in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Upon graduation, Jacquelyn passed both the New Jersey and New York bars.

As a real estate professional, Jacquelyn’s unique background enables her to assist clients from start to finish. With so many foreclosure properties in the New Jersey real estate market, Jacquelyn’s intimate knowledge of foreclosures is an asset to her clients. Jacquelyn’s experience with foreclosures, construction and New Jersey real estate, enables her to orchestrate the real estate venture her clients are looking for.

Jacquelyn is a tech savvy agent, using the latest technology to perform market research in order to help clients understand current market trends and make the most of any opportunity. Jacquelyn is based out of Diane Turton’s Holmdel Office.
