During my almost 20 years in real estate, I have had the opportunity to work in various facets of the industry and developed competency in the following: Residential real estate sales - Commercial real estate sales - Adult Community real estate sales - Vacant land real estate sales - Relocation services - REPO management - Corporate management - Engineering and Drafting - Staffing In addition to my hands-on experience, my education includes an Associates Degree in Business Management. I earned my New Jersey real estate license in 1986 and my Broker license in 2002. Additionally, I excelled in an Engineering and Drafting course at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, New Jersey. In order to continually perfect my customer service skills and stay up-do-date regarding new technologies and emerging real estate trends, I regularly training programs offered by Diane Turton, Realtors and outside resources. Since 2003, I have been a Broker-Sales Associate with Diane Turton, Realtors, a full-service real estate agency serving Monmouth and Ocean counties at the Jersey Shore. I have successfully listed and sold 100's units that include residential, adult community, land and commercial properties. My client's satisfaction is my top priority which is why I provide a complete marketing package for every property I market as well as attend all pre-closing inspections and closings. Prior to joining the Diane Turton, Realtors team, I worked for other Brokers throughout the area as well as acted as a corporate office manager for a major real estate agency where my responsibilities included ordering and coordinating repairs of properties, coordinating and attending closings as well as staffing a team of associates. By actively listening to my client's needs, concerns, and desires, I am able make the real estate process easier and faster so that my clients are able to find that ideal home or attract the perfect buyer who recognizes the unique value of their property.
