Patricia Raffetto Sales Associate

Born and raised in Sea Girt, I have realized that the NJ Shore is truly an idyllic place to live – a feeling that my grandparents shared after settling In Sea Girt many decades ago. As a child, I attended St. Catharine's Elementary School in Spring Lake and St. Rose High School in Belmar. After attaining a BA in Psychology from Rosemont College, I enthusiastically returned to Sea Girt to begin my career in counseling. While working as an aide at Jersey Shore University Medical Center (“J.S.U.M.C.”) in Neptune, I attained a Master’s (M.A.) degree in Counseling. In 2004, after 21 years of counseling and supervisory positions at both JSUMC and Monmouth County Superior Court, I moved into the real estate world. Assisting my mother, Gloria Raffetto, a long-time member of the Turton team, I gained a great deal of insight and experience. We worked together on listings and sales, and now I enjoy the thought that I am carrying on her legacy. Real estate offers me a challenging opportunity to help people engaged in the interesting and exciting hunt for a new home or the sale of an existing home. My experience in the field of psychological counseling gives me the edge of fully developed listening skills and a solid foundation in the art of negotiation, a talent which is invaluable in this business. Now, with more than 10 years in real estate, I feel a great sense of satisfaction in helping people and guiding customers through the sometimes arduous and anxious process of buying and selling real property. I also enjoy sharing the history of this lovely town and its landmarks and beautiful surrounding areas. I am your best Jersey Shore Realtor, with a name you can trust, “Raffetto!”
