I’ve lived in Fair Haven since 1973 and I’d like to be your trusted local expert for Rumson, Fair Haven, Little Silver, Red Bank, Middletown, Oceanport and the surrounding towns. You can get a feel for who I am by looking at my blog, http://www.rumsonfairhavenhome.com. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in your life, and you have to respect and TRUST the Realtor® who represents you. Prior to becoming a Realtor® I had a 37 year career as a PhD chemist and hospital administrator. I believe in using objective data to make decisions, and I’ll give you 4 key monthly real estate indicators for the Monmouth County towns that interest you. I’m used to maintaining confidential information; I know that buying or selling a home can be stressful; I’ll explain the 6 key fiduciary responsibilities that I’ll bring if you’re my client; negotiating the best price for you will be my highest priority; and I’ll track every step of the process from initial offer to the closing.
The initials “GRI” after my name stand for Graduate, Realtor® Institute. It’s recognized as the highest designation in the real estate profession, and an independent assessment of competence. To earn it, a Realtor® must take 90 hours of live classroom instruction on a wide variety of real estate topics, and pass three (3) comprehensive written examinations. New Jersey Realtors® who earn the GRI designation are recognized each year at the annual real estate conference in December. Consider it as the real estate equivalent of the CPA in accounting or the CLI in insurance.
If you’re looking to buy or sell a house or condo, talk to 2 or 3 different Realtors® before deciding who will represent you. Please let me be one of those you talk to- I’d love to earn your trust and confidence so that I can be your real estate agent.
