Licensed as a real estate professional since 1987, Jenny has experience in both residential and commercial real estate sales, including purchase and sale of retail and service businesses, raw land sales, development, long-term and short-term leases, hoarder homes, short sales and pre-foreclosures.

Jenny is a life-long New Jersey resident and is familiar with Monmouth and Ocean Counties as well as Union and Essex counties. She is a graduate of Rutgers College and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. With over 35 years business experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a Civil and Family Mediator, she brings a unique skill set to the table in working with both buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants.

As a CPA, Jenny has provided accounting, tax, litigation support, forensic accounting and management advisory services to private businesses and individuals relating to various real estate situations, including buying and selling of businesses and real estate. Her accounting background has been most helpful to clients in assessing the type and/or cost of home they can afford to buy, a second home, the business and/or the investment property (residential and/or commercial) that they are considering buying, selling or leasing.

Jenny is also an experienced Mediator. She is listed on the NJ Superior Court/NJ Administrative Office of the Courts Rosters for Civil, General, Equity and Probate cases as well as for Family Cases. She is also on the American Arbitration Association’s Roster of Mediators and has mediated numerous Superstorm Sandy cases. Many of the cases she has mediated involve real estate; such as construction, property damage, insurance and subrogation matters, commercial and contract matters, professional malpractice, title insurance, realtor errors and omissions, personal injury, employer’s liability, landlord/tenant. Her negotiation skills as a Mediator as well as her knowledge of real estate subject matter has greatly assisted her clients in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. This skill set has been especially helpful when there are multiple offers on a property. It’s very beneficial in cases where the parties are getting divorced and they cannot agree on a sales price of a property that must be sold. Also, it takes a lot of work and negotiation dealing with short sale transactions when there are multiple lenders who may not agree on the sales price and/or the proceeds split between the lenders.
