Jason Turton Broker/Manager

Having grown up in the real estate business and being embedded in it all my life, I bring experience and understanding into what it takes to provide the appropriate customer service.

I have grown up at the Jersey Shore and continued my education at the University of Vermont, where I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. After graduation I lived in San Diego for 8 years where I furthered my knowledge in the building industry, working as a carpenter for one of the finest construction companies in the area.

While in San Diego, I became interested in the Green Building industry and its potential impact on today’s ever-changing real estate market and thus decided to bring that passion back to the Jersey Shore and to Diane Turton, Realtors. In doing so my wife and I helped to spur the beginning of one of New Jersey’s subchapters for the United States Green Building Council for the Jersey Shore. This nonprofit acts as a resource center for any individual interested in building with sustainability and the environment in mind.

I received my real estate license in 2006 and worked as a sales agent for approximately 10 years. In 2015 I received my Broker license and began working in our corporate office which eventually led to my current position as Vice President/ Business Development.
