Audrey Ingalls Sales Associate

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for homes. As a little girl, I would draw picture after picture of houses. At the age of 10 I would ask my parents if we could visit all of the open houses so that I could see inside the “mansions.” After graduating Monmouth University with my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, I became a paralegal and began working for a real estate attorney and assisting with the closing process. I absolutely loved seeing our clients’ faces as they were finished signing their closing documents – the look of excitement and accomplishment as they started a new beginning in their lives.

My husband and I worked together to build his home improvement business, and, as the business grew rapidly, I began managing the smaller home improvement projects that the company had, such as bathroom renovations. I was enthralled with the ever-evolving aspect of home ownership – the sale, purchase, renovation, alteration, and eventually, the exchange of ownership yet again.

Now, as a wife and mother of two children, I am elated that I have become a real estate agent. My background, personal passion, and knowledge of the real estate industry fuels my ambition to work with others in achieving their goals in home ownership – whether a purchase, sale, or investment.
