Toms River hosts many community events including annual festivals, markets, arts and crafts shows, concerts and one of the largest Halloween parades in the country!  With a 60 minute drive to Atlantic City and a 75 minute drive to New York City and Philadelphia, Toms River residents enjoy easy access to some of the finest cultural and entertainment centers in the world.

Take the Garden State Parkway or Route 9 to Route 37 East.  North onto Hooper Ave to the TJ MAXX shopping plaza (1 mile North of the Ocean County Mall).
